Energy cost, usage and CO2 footprint at your customers fingertips
The most important information for your customers is displayed in 4 always present summary slots at the top of each page, providing the cost, consumption, CO2 emission and trend for the current time period.
View the consumption of the home and individual appliances
Customers can access the home meter and appliances being monitored in their home through the dashboard. If a Home Area Network is installed, each connected appliances can be selected and its consumption viewed separately by the customer. An 'ALL' view also shows the consumption histories of all loads simultaneously.
Zoom consumption histories over any period down to minute by minute
Consumption is generally recorded on a minute by minute basis for both the home meter and each monitored appliance. Customers can zoom consumption histories for from month to week to day, right down to hour and minute zoom levels.
Comparisons by time period, neighbourhood or subscribed groups
For each appliances and their home as a whole, customers can compare current consumption with the same time in the previous period, or against the average for their neighbourhood, or they can even compare against the average of a customer group they have subscribed to.
Customers have realtime access to their energy information via the Internet from their computer or smartphone
Customers can use any of the latest generation smart phones, including iPhone, Windows Mobile, Android, Palm and Blackberry phones, to access their dashboard.
Fully customisable interface and flexibility of self managed or hosted service
In addition to a wide range of customer alert options, and customer usage tracking, every element of the dashboard can be customised, and of course can be branded with your brand. We provide total flexibility whether you want to host and manage the service internally or have Portus manage it for you.
